October is time for some serious work – and fortunately for us that means a trip to New Zealand’s best fishing lodge ! Poronui Ranch just east of Taupo cannot have a rival for fishing or hospitality. Now in its 4th year – Poronui Wine Weekend involves the great new Zealand Chef Al Brown and Mount Edward helping Poronui put on a stunning food and wine weekend.
